Do I need to reconfirm my listings?+
Yes. We ask you to confirm availability every 30 days. Listings that go 45 days without confirmation expire, which keeps search results fresh for buyers.
Who can advertise?+
Licensed brokers, accredited salespersons under a supervising broker, developers, and property owners who can show authority to sell or lease. Pre-selling projects must show their License to Sell.
